Oregon Coast Invitational

Feb '19 News Release


The 109th OCI Golf Tournament is scheduled to be held July 20th to July 27th, 2019.


If you have played in the past, and are in good standing with AGCC, you will
automatically get an invitation in April/May.

We are always looking for new participants in all divisions.......
If you are interested in playing you can REQUEST AN INVITATION on our website

information!

This will be our second year in the women's field with an Open Division and a
Senior Division for a total of 64 women players. Invite your spouse, or
significant-other, and your friends to help us fill the expanded field!

The schedule for the week will be as in years past. Practice Rounds can be booked for
Friday July 19th and Qualifying rounds will be on Saturday (20th) and Sunday (21st)!
Match Play begins on Monday July 22. We will have opening and closing cocktail
parties on both Saturdays bookending the event. Come join in the fun!!
Family Night is on MONDAY evening!!! Golfzilla is returning with other fun games
and good food!

Volunteers are always needed and it is so much fun!!!
Scoring and marshaling!
Benefits include a fun "Volunteer Tournament with breakfast, lunch and prizes" before
the OCI tournament; a free jacket and hat; and meal and drink vouchers on the shifts
worked! You need to work at least 4 half days (4 hrs/shift). Please contact the
committee, the proshop, or, the office if interested!

Housing is Needed!
..If you have a Home or a Room to Rent please let us know!!Over
the years participants have requested a list of available housing (homes and /or rooms),
please provide us with rental information and the office will be sure to share it with
participants. In a philanthropic vein, there are a few young contestants who cannot afford
an entire house/room for the week so if you have extra space and would like to share it
please let us know that too. Contact Amanda in the Clubhouse Office.
